How are funds sent to Cambodia?We have two Aussies on the Ground in Siem Reap, when funds are required for purchase of rice or other projects we send the money to them by Bank transfer. Receipts for the purchases are mailed to us, and copies of all records are kept and emailed to us
Where is the rice purchased?We purchase the rice from a local mill in Siem Reap, who deliver it to the Orphanages every month
How long does a tonne of rice last?A ton of rice will feed 80 children for 20 days In May 2008 the price of a tonne of rice rose to US$680 (This has doubled since we began RFC)
What sustainability projects do you fund?The Sewing Centre at LHA Micro Businesses for Green Gecko Families Building Projects (GG Families learn building skills whilst building shelters) Providing money for seeds so the children can grow their own vegetables,

What external control do you have on your accounts?We have a fee free bank account at Westpac. Accounts are also audited by independent accountants on an annual basis.
